self care routine and why its meaningful




Each one of us needs self-care you should feel loved and not only feel loved by other people no you should love yourself and by self-care, you give that love to yourself. every single woman must love her self don't worry god created you perfectly don't let anyone tell you the opposite of that.

In order for your body to love you, you are supposed to love it too give yourself the care you need and self-care isn't just about morning routine or night routine or how to make your skin looks great, it's about so many other things too. Getting healthy and starting eating right is a self care start a healthy diet and by diet I don’t mean that you should lose weight by diet I mean eat right eat healthy food more than junk food drink more water at least 6 cups a days I read once that you should drink water every two hours and I did that it really helped me feel better, meditation is a self care you mind also needs care not just your body and meditation helps you clear you mind have a good thoughts meditation also helps you to be aware of your body and mind, wake up everyday and before you even touch your phone drink water eat healthy and meditate. 

I once tried one thing helped me focus more and helped my brain work better try to download those apps that train your mind solve math problem if you love math and if you don’t like me play the games that help you focus it really helped me. 

Don’t forget the most important thing of self care is to exercise do home work out if you don’t go to a gym if you don’t want to build muscles do cardio I personally do cardio everyday and yeah one thing that I really love is after I wake up I make stretches or yoga it helps me lean my muscle through out the day. Working out I also a train for your brain not just your body and make sure you get enough water. 

Everyday make a morning routine take a good care of your skin and moisture it take a good shower in the morning so it helps you freshen up and then moisture your body after and don’t forget to do a night routine also it’s good to have a good night sleep and don’t stay up late try to go to bed early and sleep from 8 to 10 hours everyday wake up early and clear you mind.
