Day of a girl boss productive morning routine



We all feel that tough days of corona time and all we want is to get outside see our friends and get back to our normal life. Some of us are getting to lazy to do anything productive we stay up all night long and sleep all day long we just eat and sleep and that routine don’t work for us it don’t work for our body or our minds we need some rest we need some good routine that make us feel alive again and make us feel that we can do anything.

I wake up everyday feeling grateful and I spent so many days sleeping late and waking up late too until my body told me enough I don’t want to sleep that much girl I just need some 8 hours from 10 to 6 am and I told my body hey dude I sleep at 6 am but what I realized lately is when I go to bed after 3 am my body refuses to sleep and my bed became sooo uncomfortable lately even these days I sleep on my couch. So I decided to be productive and become healthy sleep at night wake up at morning like any normal person do.

All you need to do is wake up early don’t touch your phone I know it’s hard but don’t touch your phone just open your eyes feel yourself feel your body and your mind and yeah don’t think of anything when you wake up it’s your time you have to feel the world doesn’t gonna end in those 5minutes stop overthinking after you wake up and just sit there without doing anything for 5minutes get up and go to the bathroom wash your face and your teeth and if you want to take a quick body shower do it it’s soo great feeling just after that go open your windows and let the light come in and make it go through your body feel it and don’t forget to drink a cup of water after you wake up.

Don’t touch your phone just yet go eat some nice breakfast I prefer a healthy one and what I love to do while eating breakfast is to hear some relaxing music 🎶 or watch a show that I love after that meditate for a while it’s good for your body and mind awareness and it’s perfect for relaxation so you can start your day perfectly after all that now you can check up your phone. Trust me that morning time you need to feel it if you did that you’re going to feel amazing and you’re gonna be productive and non destructive.
