Hey ladies♥️ First of all I hope that everyone of you is having a healthy good and amazing life. Each women should have a healthy feminine women habits with simple things you can be healthy, happy and beautiful.First of all the most important thing is to wake up early, I’m going to tell you a thing about waking up early when you do that you are going to feel different you will feel that you are alive , active and ready to do a lot of things. But make sure you don’t touch your phone just open your eyes stand up and open you windows let the light get in.
The second thing is to make your bed once you get up you are going to feel more comfortable and more organized. And there is a thing that I really love to do everyday and I don’t feel fresh without it is to stretch as soon as you get out of bed, it helps you to get your muscles freshen. Make sure to drink a cup of water once you wake up and drink a lot of water through out the day to be hydrated and your skin looks fresh. Moreover, it will help your mind to stay in focus throughout the day.
Don’t touch your phone just yet, make sure you meditate before you touch your phone. Meditation helps you get in focus. Moreover, it helps you be aware of your mind, body and the life that around you and that’s a thing we should all feel because we sit on our phones a lot and our mind get distracted from the real life so help yourself to live the life correctly
Before starting your day plan or set your priorities, see what is the most important things that you should do before you just do normal and unimportant things and forget your priorities always keep your priorities in your mind and keep it the first thing you think about once you wake up. Make sure you keep your life in order and organized a successful women is always organized. Your body is your priority and should always keep it healthy so make sure you workout 3-5 times per week. You can go for a run everyday for half an hour trust me you will feel so much different I personally do that everyday and drink water every hour it will also help you get rid of fats that’s you don’t want.
