3 different ways on how to make pancakes



Pancake is one of the easiest quick meals to prepare as a breakfast or a snack to eat during the day. It consists of a mixture of sugar, eggs, milk, butter, and flour with the possibility of adding flavors through fruits, jam, or chocolate. For an easy and quick breakfast, learn how to make pancakes in more than one flavor and in a different way. 

so today I'm going to talk to you about 3 different ways on how to make pancakes there is a lot of delicious wy to make your home pancakes will taste professional. so the first way with us today is Fluffy pancakes.
The ingredient that you will need is so simple and I think all of us have these ingredients at  home and this ingredient is for 4 pancakes you will need :
4 cups on flour, sifted - 4 tablespoons of baking powder - 
4 cups of milk, warm to the touch - 170 gram (3/4 cups) of melted butter -
3 egg yolks - 4 egg white - maple syrup to serve. 
preparation

-Whisk together the flour and baking powder in a large bowl.  

 -In a separate bowl, add the butter, milk, and egg yolks, stirring to combine.  In a third bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. 

 -Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir with a rubber spatula until just combined.  

-Add the beaten egg whites and gently fold to combine.  Heat an 8 - inch (20cm) nonstick skillet over low heat. 

 -Pour 112 cups of pancake batter into the skillet, smooth out the top, then cover with a lid. 

- Cook until golden brown on the bottom and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.  

-Transfer the pancake to a plate and repeat, making 3 more pancakes with the remaining batter.

- serve with maple syrup. 


Buttermilk pancakes

The ingredients that you will need for 4 servings
2 cups of all-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons of sugar - half teaspoon of kosher salt - 
half teaspoon of baking powder - half teaspoon of baking soda -
 cups of buttermilk - 2 eggs - 3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter- half teaspoon of unsalted butter plus more to serve- maple syrup to serve.

Preparation

In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, and whisk to combine. 

 In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.  

Add the buttermilk mixture to the dry ingredients, gently incorporating with a spatula.  Make sure not to overmix, as that will result in dense pancakes.  

Add the butter to a pan over medium low heat.  Once the butter begins to bubble, add 1/3 cup (80 ml) of batter to the pan.  

Cook until the top side begins to bubble and the bottom is golden brown.  

Flip the pancake and cook until the underside is golden brown.  Repeat with the remaining batter.

3 ingredients pancakes



The ingredients that you will need is for 4 servings
1 banana- 2 eggs -1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon- maple syrup or honey to serve . 


Preparation

In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork.  

Add eggs and cinnamon.  Mix until combined. 

 Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  Add a spoonful of batter and cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.  

Serve with maple syrup or honey.
