Everyone needs meditation 🧘♀️ it’s a precious time that you sit and just relax and throw all you bad thoughts away your body needs meditation from the stress you put in your body in needs to relax your body not just need a good hour of sleep and that’s it no you have to be aware of your body you have to feed it with good and positive energy and feel it in your day. If you didn’t make w meditation time you really wasted w very valuable feelings.
Before I knew anything about meditation apps I just went to YouTube and listen to sounds that make me feel relaxed. What we do all day is just sit on our phones go through social media talk to our friends or our family or even work but haven’t you thought that you tire your body and your mind and the worst thing that you make yourself not aware of the world or of the life I need everyone of you to just for one moment leave you phones and look around you feel yourself and feel everything around you even feel you breathing you are going to realize that you don’t feel that you’re alive while you’re on your phones all this time so just everyday for once or more meditate trust me you gonna feel sooo much better.
I searched for many apps that I can meditate with but most of them were you need premium access and all of this stuff and I didn’t find the perfect application for me that really makes me feel what I want to feel until I found that amazing app that Called Therapy and it’s actually a real therapy it helps you with everything, if you can’t sleep if you’re stressed if you want to get in focus but how this app do that so let me tell you that this app has every sounds that a person could love if you love the sound of the beach and it makes you relax if you want a smooth music 🎶 even for the people who love the sound of the crowds or the sound of a plane taking off of even a sound of a whale or a clock it has everything it also has mixed playlist the you would love to hear I personally use it everyday and it really help me focus and get deep down to my self while I’m writing.
I have a recommended application for meditation as well that I really loved and they inspired me and helped me get in focus and actually meditation helped me be aware of myself be aware of my body and it made me feel that I’m really there in this life and that there’s actual amazing life so I’m going to give you my folder of meditation so you can download those apps.
